It appears that in NDI Runtime 6.2.0.3 on Windows, setting NDIlib_recv_color_format_RGBX_RGBA results in video_frame.p_data containing pixel data in the incorrect B, X, R, G byte order.

In contrast, NDI Runtime versions 6.0.1.0 and 5.6.0.0 correctly provide the data in the expected R, G, B, X order.
