🎓 Two Months of the NDI Professional Course

We launched the Professional Course at the end of May, and the feedback from our community has been phenomenal:

"Just completed the NDI Professional & Basic Certifications, that cover everything from essential utilities, core networking with complex, multi-switch/subnet deployments, multicast to even Dante & NDI (cohabitation. So much here that can help to demystify things. If you work with NDI in Broadcast and ProAV it can certainly help to give the expertise to navigate both worlds."

Mark Hall, National Product Marketing Manager

"Just earned my NDI Professional Certification from NDI. It goes deeper than just plug-and-play, covering larger NDI networks, multicast setup, and the NDI Discovery Server. If you're building or supporting IP video systems at scale, this is a strong foundation."

Christian Frink, Product Manager

"This certification represents my deep understanding of Network Device Interface (NDI) technology and its application in modern video production workflows. Throughout the certification process, I gained invaluable knowledge in areas like video over IP, network infrastructure, multicast management, and NDI tools, which will allow me to implement more efficient and scalable video production systems."

Karen Ghevondyan, Technical Operations Lead

In just 60 days, over 70 learners have earned their NDI Professional Certificate, complete with AVIXA credits (3.5 RUs) and lifetime access to the course's updates.

Ready to join them? 👉 The course is available here for all Connected Community users.

👥 Community Spotlight: A Pawsome Party Magic with NDI 6.2

For a Paw Patrol–themed birthday party, our community member Elias Puurunen transformed a simple Logitech Mevo and Manfrotto Super Clamp into an NDI 6.2–powered marvel. Live video was streamed seamlessly into Multiview for NDI, where custom Paw Patrol borders (think Chase, Marshall, and Skye) were overlaid and swapped on demand via a lightweight HTML control page that sent HTTP POST commands.

When guests tapped “Print,” a ten-second countdown began before a bespoke NDI utility (orchestrated through Discovery and built with NDI 6.2) captured a frame and sent it directly to a Canon photo printer. Meanwhile, FullView for NDI displayed the live booth feed on the party’s big screen, also managed through Discovery for seamless control.
This proof-of-concept highlighted NDI 6.2’s true strength: unified discovery and control across multiple receivers, without wrestling with disparate APIs.

Mission accomplished when the kids printed their first batch of Paw Patrol pics! 🐶👮
