I am writing to share a feature request regarding Screen Capture HX. Currently, the software does not allow users to adjust the capture frame rate. For many workflows, having the ability to select different frame rates would greatly improve flexibility and performance.

Specifically, I would like to suggest adding a feature that provides customizable capture frame rates with several selectable default options, such as 90Hz, 120Hz, 144Hz, and 240Hz.

This enhancement would be especially valuable for users working with high refresh rate monitors and professional production environments where smoother and more precise frame capture is required.
