Just found the solution. It was totally unclear to me that the NDI symbol in the iphone screen is a button, that needs to be tapped before it starts sending...
Not sure where this info was written. Maybe an idea to make this more clear... The NDI symbol does not look much like a button...

In any case, it works and that is great!
