Video skipping / lagging.

I am using NDI to send video from one computer to a 2nd computer via network. Then Broadcast video through Streamlabs.

The video being sent to Streamlabs is choppy or skipping.

The images are from vehicle on highway passing fXied images on the side of the road. So, they are going by very fast .

Any Ideas or Suggestions woud be appreciated.

Need more information, here are a few questions.

What is being used to capture the video, sounds like a camera pointed at the road, what is the camera and what software is being used.

If you use NDI Studio Monitor running on the same system that is capturing to look at the video, does it skip there?

What about using NDI Studio Monitor on the Streamlabs system to monitor the feed, is that smooth or skipping?

How is the network setup between the two systems?
