What is being used to capture the video, sounds like a camera pointed at the road, what is the camera and what software is being used.

If you use NDI Studio Monitor running on the same system that is capturing to look at the video, does it skip there?

What about using NDI Studio Monitor on the Streamlabs system to monitor the feed, is that smooth or skipping?

How is the network setup between the two systems?
