Hello I’ve been trying to solve this relatively new issue that started a few months ago. I utilize NDI bridge to pull in a 2nd stream via Twitch. This has worked flawlessly for years. As of a few months ago NDI bridge has started dropping all data transfer within 15-20 seconds of making a connection. The connection stays “connected” but all data transfer stops. I’ve tried this on multiple PC’s to verify it’s nothing PC specific. I’ve even had another streamer in a different location attempt to host the bridge with the same results. Any ideas?
Hi, there's a couple of things you may want to check on to diagnose the issue:
- confirm you are using the latest tools version
- test with a lower-bandwidth source
- try a different network (try wired to start)
- check your security and/or firewall settings
