NDI on Mac Mini M4

NDI on Mac Mini M4

Hello,

I have a Mac Mini M4 and a new Cinetreak CT-31K camera. I am using OBS tools. I have a Windows laptop that is feeding two NDI streams (one for lower thirds and one for full screen) that I can see in studio monitor and on OBS. When I connect my camera however, I get a Video Decoder Not Found error in both studio monitor and on OBS. The camera does work on studio monitor on a Windows laptop. What are some troubleshooting steps I can try to make it work with my Mac?

I'm guessing this camera supports H.264 and HEVC encoding methods? Try switching to H.264 (which is more compatible) and see if that makes a difference.

I tried both H.264 and H.265 on the Camera and it didn't work with either. I somehow got it to work once I think on H.264 but only for a short period and I don't know how I did it. I also tried with the regular NDI and NDI|HX

NDI High Bandwidth shows that message? (That shouldn't be possible). Or it just showing black? If there any firewall installed? Perhaps disable them to see if the fixes the issue.
