No NDI Video signal.

Hi,

I have the following Setup.

- One NDI Camera (Bluebird)

- One Windows Computer with an projector (second screen). The picture of the projector should be streamed as a NDI signal. A second program (so called songbeamer) ist streaming just text of a song as a NDI video stream

- One Windows Computer Running OBS Studio. Getting the three NDI Stream - camera, projector screen and just the text from songebamer.

- Cisco Switch

- FritzBox

This setup works generally fine ... but since today no NDI stream is coming from the first computer to the second one.

I assuem the issue is in the machine with the projector and text strsaming. The OBS computer gets the NDI stream from the camera.
I also assume that the issue is not in the cisco switch .... because the Stream of the camera is working fine.

I need some help how I can try top solve the issue.

One step further. The NDI signal is blocked by the Defender Firewall. When I switch the firewall off everthing is fine. With active firewall teh NDI signal is blocked although i set all marks at NDI in the firewall settings.

Next learning: when starting screen capture manually it works fine with the firewall setting. But sceen capture ist automatically start up when booting it doesn't work

For the Windows firewall. Make sure the network type is set to Private in Windows. If it is Public, that will often cause the firewall to block communication.
