Issue capturing screens of 2nd laptop via NDI and OBS for streaming at our church.

1st laptop: ASUS ROG G614JV with OBS Studio 31.0.3, DistroAV 6.0, and NDI Tools 6.1 installed.

2nd laptop: HP Pavilion 15-eg1025cl with OBS Studio 31.0.3, DistroAV 6.0, and NDI Tools 6.1 installed.

3rd laptop: HP Pavilion 15-eg1025cl with our presentation software and NDI Tools 6.1 installed.

Scenario 1:

When the 2nd laptop is used as the streaming computer and the 3rd laptop as the presentation computer, the NDI Monitor program and OBS via the "NDI Source" of the 2nd laptop captures the output of all three screens of the 3rd laptop.

Scenario 2:

When using 1st laptop as the streaming computer with 3rd laptop as the presentation computer, the NDI Monitor program and OBS via the "NDI Source" of the 1st laptop do not capture the output screens from the 3rd laptop. The NDI Monitor program sees the screens but only displays black screens. This is the same for the "NDI Source" within OBS.

Two exceptions:

1. When I test the 1st laptop and the 3rd laptop at home, everything works.

2. I was able to get the 1st laptop to successfully capture the screens from the 3rd laptop once at church. But only once.

Can anyone explain why the ASUS laptop will not capture the output screens from the presentation laptop?🤨
